World” and the movie Minority Report
portrays a futuristic view of the world and the problems that society could
face. In both examples, our society has
managed to find a way to predict crime, but the tool used to predict crime has its
flaws. For this assignment, compare the
two technologies—multivac and the Precogs.
You are going to write two paragraphs: one paragraph will be about the benefits of technology, whereas the second will be about its flaws. Use examples from
both the story and the movie to support your ideas.
